The Touch-Tone Teller audio response system allows you to bank by phone and access to your PacTrust Bank accounts via any touch-tone telephone. Using this free automated service, you can inquire about your account balances or recent transaction history, transfer funds among your savings and checking accounts, make loan payments, or even withdraw funds.
Call the Bank at (949) 236-5436 or (877) 441-BANK, and press Option 1 to access our Touch-Tone Teller system.
Note: You must know and use your 10-digit account numbers with the Touch-Tone Teller system.
During your call you will be asked to enter your account number (the ten-digit number for the account you are inquiring about), and either your password (your old PIN if previously assigned), or the last four digits of your social security number (for the primary owner of the account, if you did not have a PIN previously established).
If your Touch-Tone Teller Personal Identification Number (PIN) has been entered incorrectly too many times, you will be locked-out of Touch-Tone Teller and need to have it reset before using the system. Your PIN can be reset by calling a Telephone Banking Center Representative at (949) 236-5436 or (877) 441-BANK.
To inquire on an account or to transfer funds between accounts, you need to know your 10-digit account numbers (for each separate account), and the related PIN or social security number of that account's primary owner. On the new system, each account can have its own unique PIN.
